It is a plan to introduce the taste of winter in the Sea of Japan, satiety pine needle.

The basic menu is below.

· Crab crab (1 pet)

· Boiled butterfly (1 pet)

· Grilled crab (half body)

· Butter-grilled sea shells from Lake Togo

Vegetables used for crab crabs are also obtained from contract farmers, and high quality is secured.

In the pot, sharks are prepared for crab meat.

Shizimi is what my father is taking as a fisherman in Lake Togo.

It has been loved as a local taste and has been popular.

We put it in miso soup and serve it for breakfast.
